WHY SPACE RESEARCH

ABOUT

Why build a research institute in space?

Our research and manufacturing have developed within the environment of Earth.

There is gravity, an atmosphere, and stable temperature and pressure.
Taking these conditions for granted, we have made materials, grown cells and crystals, and created a wide range of technologies.

But what would happen if we changed those assumptions?

Almost no gravity.
A vacuum.
A different radiation environment.
Heat and fluid behavior unlike anything on the ground.

Space offers research environments that are difficult to create on Earth.

We see space not as a place to travel far away, but as a research environment that creates new discoveries.

We are not simply taking the research built on Earth and moving it into space.

By placing research in a different environment, we discover phenomena, principles, and processes that were previously invisible.

We bring those discoveries back to Earth and connect them to the next generation of research, technology, and industry.

That is why we are building a “research institute” in space: a system that creates research themes, prepares access to space, develops experiment equipment, and turns results into value.

Add space to the choices available for research and development.
That is where LVNS SPACE PROJECT begins.

If we could change the assumptions of research,
we might discover engineering that has not yet been found.

VISIONDiscover engineering beyond the conventional path through the use of space.
